1. Information We Collect

The information we collect and use in the App is as follows, depending on how it is collected.

(1) Information stored only on your device

The App stores game progress, play records and statistics, and various settings only on the user’s device. We do not transmit or collect this information to our servers. This information is erased from the device when the App is deleted. We do not perform our own access analysis or behavioral analysis within the App.

(2) Information collected in connection with advertising

The App displays advertisements using “Google AdMob,” a mobile advertising service provided by Google. In delivering and displaying advertisements, Google and third parties involved in ad delivery may automatically collect the following information.

• ・IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location)
• ・Device identifiers and advertising identifiers, and device information
• ・Usage data such as ad impressions and interactions
• ・Crash information and performance information

This information is used for ad delivery, ad performance measurement, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and improving the quality of the advertising services. The App is configured to serve non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads are not based on a user’s past behavior; however, the above information may be used for frequency capping and fraud prevention. 2. Purposes of Use

We collect and use user information for the following purposes.

3. Third-Party Disclosure and Advertising

We display advertisements in the App using Google AdMob. In connection with this, Google and third parties involved in ad delivery may collect and use information using cookies, mobile identifiers, and the like. Except as permitted by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the user’s consent.

4. About Tracking (App Tracking Transparency)

The App does not request tracking permission via iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT). We do not perform cross-app tracking across other companies’ apps and websites using the advertising identifier (IDFA).

5. For Users in the EEA and the UK (GDPR, etc.)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, in accordance with Google’s EU User Consent Policy, we display a consent management screen (consent form) at first launch and confirm consent regarding the use of cookies and mobile identifiers and the collection and sharing of information for advertising purposes. Even for non-personalized ads, consent is required for the use of cookies and mobile identifiers. Users can make their choices in the consent form that is displayed.

6. For Users in Certain U.S. States

Residents of certain U.S. states, such as California, may, under applicable laws, have the right to confirm the categories of personal information collected, request deletion, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, among other rights. 7. Children’s Personal Information

The App may be used by people of all ages, but it is not primarily directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 8. Data Storage and Deletion

The game data, statistics, and settings that the App stores on your device are erased from the device when the App is deleted. The retention period and deletion of information collected by Google in connection with advertising are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

• ・Resetting or opting out of the advertising identifier: On iOS, go to “Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking”; on Android, go to “Settings → Google → Ads.”
• ・Users in the EEA and the UK can choose their consent preferences in the consent form that is displayed.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy as necessary. When we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App or on our website, or notify users. The revised Policy takes effect from the time it is posted on this page.
